How do I book?

Are the flight and hotel prices live?
Yes. Fares and room rates are fetched at the moment you ask, from the airline and hotel systems we are connected to. Travel prices move, so a quote is good for the time stated on it — after that we check again.
Do you send cabs outside Guna?
Yes. Outstation trips are quoted per journey — the fare depends on the route, the vehicle and whether it is one-way or a round trip. Tolls, parking and driver allowance are shown separately so nothing appears later.
How much do I pay in advance?
It depends on what is being booked. A flight ticket has to be paid in full to be issued; a cab or a hotel may need only part up front. Whatever applies to your booking is written on the quote before you confirm.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation follows the rules of the airline, hotel or operator that holds the booking, plus our service charge where one applies. Both are stated on your quote, and we tell you the exact refund before anything is cancelled.
Can you help with international trips?
We book international flights and hotels, and can point you to the visa requirements for your passport and destination. The final decision on any visa rests with that country's authorities, never with us.
